Easy exchange

1st time I've used click and collect…
1st time I've used click and collect via HMV - forced to do so because no cd/dvd shop near me and Amazon would not deliver to my house or a local pick up point! No queue in the shop - so it was very easy to pick up my purchase.

Friendly helpful staff & good stock range
Friendly helpful staff who were well-informed and ready to assist when I was looking for something, and happy to arrange to order it for me. Good range in stock in-store as well - and such a delight to have a physical store to browse in!

No star, a serious lack of experience ethics and actual knowledge
Wheninitially purchased great customer service 5 stars. Upon collection the worst I have ever experienced in the whole of my life .No stars If this was not a birthday present i would return it. I will never for the rest of my natural set foot in any HMV worldwide. The manager was a dick and disappointing in his lack of customer service. If is clear that HMV is about the money first. My courtesy at all. You need to train your staff to deal with people at human being and not just a number that has some spending power. I work hard to provide for my family and these are tough times for many. Thank for tarnishing my son’s 18th birthday. I now understand why HMV have gone upon down twice. It is because you put the customer last

It was horrible my experience. My package hasn’t arrived since today, and my item was supposedly dispatched on 7 of December, and still nothing. They said to be delivered 10 of December and it wasn’t. It’s been so far the worst experience that I have.

1st class service
It was easy to order online and from the time I placed my order it was it was very quick for me to collect my order and it saved all the hassle of going to the store and looking on the shelves to find what I was looking for and when I did go to the store to pick up my order the staff were very polite and helpful
