I use the website to browse or check availability. Then I go to the store in London and buy or order what I want. The people there are polite, courteous and helpful.

I came into store to find a specific k…
I came into store to find a specific k pop album for my daughter but it wasn't available in store but the manager was very helpful in trying to locate one in another store but none was available in London so he ordered it online for me to have delivered to my home address, which was delivered very quickly
