Don't preorder
Collection was nice and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. My issue isn't with the store, it's with the company. If you preorder a CD, I generally expect it to be available for collection on the release date, not 3 days later. Otherwise what's the point. It's available on release date from other companies.

I absolutely love going to HMV I do like getting my CDs from there also earphones Bluetooth also if there's anywhere on it to go I always get my CDs or DVDs from HMV also there's not a lot of 80s songs or 90 songs there then they need to be more
