Couldn’t recommend enough!
I had exchanged emails throughout the day with Stephen Bird, regarding me planning my trip to New York... he asked me what I wanted and where I wanted to stay etc. And the next email he had sorted it all and given prices. This was cheaper than I had managed to find. He then proceeded to call me that evening and we went over the details and booked it all. I honestly could recommend this enough. So very helpful and amazing prices and advice.

Agents always helpful and look for the best price, just tell them what you want and they do their level best to accommodate you. Used them for over ten years and never had a problem. Always pleased with their service and we book two holidays per year with them. Fantastic prices too!

Well where do I start..
Well where do I start..? We booked a package to New York last October and from start to finish the service was second to none! Neil Bonner the agent we dealt with sourced our a great deal for us dry flights to the hotel we couldn’t of been happier with everything! Fast forward to now and booking another trip to New York this Christmas again dealing directly with Neil we couldn’t ask for a better service again! Very happy with the hotel he’s booked for us, flying Christmas Day and on a nice early flight out of Heathrow will see us touching down by half 11 that morning! Would recommend Neil and Holiday Genie to anyone!

Excellent service and very good prices
I booked my holiday to Barbados about six weeks before departing - not only did I get the hotel I wanted, the prices for the stay and flight were great. We go to Barbados quite often and know the prices of most of the hotels so this company is well worth a try. I will, without a doubt, use Holiday Genie again. I did read some of the reviews before booking and felt a little hesitant but to be honest, Angelina was on hand to answer any questions I had and also organised a ground floor suite for us. Overall, a very straightforward booking and recommended.

Really poor company
If I could go without giving these zero stars I would never reply back to you when promised, I had to get in touch with airlines myself and do their job, had rubbish experience from start to finish would never book with these again!
