The company were friendly and helpful from the beginning. Our experience with the actual pet sitter was great, she really took care of our dog and communicated throughout.

The booking system is easy and efficient, they keep detailed records of our dogs' needs and their carers are absolutely first rate. Our dogs love their holidays. Also - a huge plus - you can speak to someone if you have a query. That doesn't happen enough these days.

My dog cocoa is 10 and has never stayed away from home before.I looked at a couple of kennels but could not bring myself to put him in there so I looked online and found holiday 4 dogs.the website was easy to navigate and found Dave Linda and Brodie there dog arranged a visit.we went for a walk with the dogs and filled me with confidence to leave him with them.he stayed with them for a week and he had a wonderful time with them.the company is very well run and Dave and Linda were great.5 stars.will definitely use again

John looked after the dogs very well and kept me up to date with photos. They seemed very settled and content with him and I would happily recommend him to other dog owners.

Steve at Skidby is an absolutely wonderful dog carer. He is incredibly caring and attentive, and it’s clear how much he genuinely loves the dogs he looks after.

Mabel absolutely loves going to stay with him, which gives me complete peace of mind whenever she’s there. She’s always so happy and relaxed when I pick her up.

The environment is very safe and secure, with plenty of space for her to run around and enjoy herself. I always know she’s in the best hands with Steve.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy, and reliable dog carer.

I would highly recommend Holiday4dogs. We have been using them for many years. The carers they have are all really good and the staff in the office are always polite and helpful. They are so good at short notice too and will go out of their way to help.
Kenzie, our golden retrieiver, has just had another couple of days with Dave and Linda. As always, everything was great. He loves going to them and we know he is safe and happy so that makes us happy too!

For a good few years now we have used holidays4dogs, usually two or three times a year. Booking is really easy and confirmation is quickly received. We have had 3 different carers to date, who have all been good but by far the best is Janie Comber. Max loves going there and is really settled. We receive updates throughout his stay and he is really well looked after. I feel very confident using holidays4dogs, we can relax and enjoy our holiday.

I have used h4d twice now and on each occasion my and my dog’s experiences have been very positive. They offer excellent value for money, as in addition to a carefully vetted dog carer they provide a support service if anything goes wrong. None of the app-based platforms (eg Rover, Trusted Housesitters) offer this: they just facilitate contact between non-vetted sitters and owners, and there is no meaningful customer support if those relationships fail. Any calls I made to h4d were answered immediately and communications were always friendly and helpful, so if anything did go wrong I’m confident that they would be on hand. Overall I highly recommend h4d: they are the most professional and responsible dog care agency I have encountered.

Our dog has stayed with Mandy and Freddy several times now and has always been so well looked after, we couldn’t ask for more. We feel so reassured knowing that he is made to feel well and truly at home with them while we are away. The holidays4dogs booking process is straightforward and easy to follow. Alfie will definitely be returning!
