I paid $30 for expedited 2-day shipping, as my cat is in pain and my vet recommended a product sold by this company (not made by this company). I placed the order on 4/23. Today is 4/25, and the order is not expected to arrive until 4/28. I feel this is a scam and would not recommend using this company. I will update this review if they refund my shipping, which I doubt they'll do based on other reviews. Unacceptable theft.

Wonderful customer service and top line products.

Great customer service and product was exactly as described. The CBD cat treats break up easily so I can put it in my kitty's wet food.

CBD Oil has really helped my dog. I ordered it to help her joints but it has also cleared up skin irritations. I also appreciate the product sales they often post.

I'm so glad to find this company, I'm a holistic girl through and through. I have a 14 year old beagle mix dog and he has always had separation anxiety disorder. He hates when I leave the house. I work from home so I'm always here with him. Since getting the anxiety chews, I do notice a change of being more calm and sometimes he won't bark with a passerby. These really work. Thanks for the great products. I can't wait to try more.

The CBD oil for cats seems to be helping my 15-year-old cat with nighttime yowling associated with Feline Cognitive Dysfunction. I have had best results giving it directly to him and not mixing it in a treat or food. It takes a while to work out the right dose, but his improvement on regular CBD treatment is remarkable. His yowling was keeping me up all night, so I am feeling better now too! I wish that this formula included other nutrients recommended to support cognitive health, such as Omega 3 fatty acids. Delivery of the product is reliable.

I can hardly believe that this is even a legitimate company. I ordered from them on 12/16/25. Even though the order required that I provide a shipping address (of course!), I was emailed asking for my address again. Then I received another email asking me to share whether it was a house or apartment. The first order arrived, and the tracking showed that it had been delivered to a city 8 hours away. I emailed the company, and they offered to send it out again because my order was indeed returned to them. They asked for address verification again, which I gave. The second order was also sent to a city I don't live in, but at least this time it was a city closer to where I live. The company offered to resend a third time, but I just wanted a refund which they gave me. A month later, I receive an email that my next order is being shipped out. When I clicked on the button to manage the subscription, it does not allow me to actually sign in or access my account. The button for "delay my shipment" did work and allowed me easy access to delay it. Even though it allowed me in to do this, it would not allow me access to cancel a membership. Very suspicious. I have emailed the company once again, and I really hope this is the last time I have to deal with them.

I have been buying CBG oil from Holistapet for a very long time. This month they made a mistake on my order. When I brought it to their attention, they promptly took care of it right away. I appreciate the quick response and the fact that they made it right.

First time user. Our rescue dog is developing a brain condition that can benefit from CBD oil. Holistapet provides great dosing charts so we knew how much to order. We are using their subscription service so the product reorders automatically and comes with a discounted price.

Customer service is great and the chicken flavored CBD oil is a hit with my picky pup.

A perfect option for buying pet's vet items

Our gorgeous sweet cat rejects CBD oil. The first time I gave her Holistapet treats she ate hungrily and looked for more! The next time I gave her a treat, the same thing. I've been giving her two a day. Her mood is great. She is not in pain. She spends the day hoping, waiting for her treat. Dosing is easy and the experience has been perfect!

We recently adopted a new kitten and wanted to help her become a non-stressed-out traveller. I used to give Holistapet to my very elderly kitty, and it helped his anxiety immensely. The CBD treats and drops are easy to give, and the new kitty likes the taste. She did well travelling, and I'm sure in part it was due to the CBD, giving that little boost to lessen anxiety.

My dog has shown more calmness. He sits on the ground instead of pacing. He also doesn't bark at other dogs as much as he used to. Hoping it'll improve his joints too.

I had tried several ways to check out fduring the B2G1 sale, but it would not give me the "Get 1" discount. Customer service tried several different links, and finally, one worked. They were responsive and persistent to be sure I got my order in. ( the date of experience is a guess, it was several weeks ago)

I ordered for the first time on 9/21/25 for my dog some cbd chews and drops. It stated order should be delivered by 10/1/25. Order was shipped on 9/25/25. I called customer service this morning on 10/2/25 still haven’t received order. She said she would check into it and get back to me by end of day, that they would send out express shipment since now their tracking shows order won’t be delivered til 10/10/25. Received email later in the day stating yes the order wouldn’t be delivered till 10/10/25, and I could get 25% off next order. No mention about express order. Since this was my very first order and don’t know if this will even work for my dog and it took so very long to get probably won’t order again. They need to get it together on their shipping this is crazy!! Very disappointed in this company with customer service!
