Great customer service.
I ordered a watch, which unfortunately was not in stock. The dealer quickly messaged me and offered me an alternative watch for the same price. The watch was depatched the same day.
Overall i was pleased with the way my purchased was handled and would gladly buy from this dealer again.

the earrings look nice but quality not the best
the earrings look nice and the customer service is great but the only thing is that they are so flimsy and the back bent as soon as i took it from the box it came in

Great quality jewellery
The pendant which I received was stunning and, unlike a lot of jewellery you can buy online, the item that was sent to me was the actual item pictured on the website, which I was very happy about. I received the item very quickly and the postage costs were reasonable as well. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I called in to ask for advice on some old jewellery. The lady who helped me (Jo) was very knowledgeable and so helpful. The advice was brilliant even about things that she openly said they wouldn’t buy. They have some lovely things in there, not only jewellery and watch’s but gift items too. Very friendly and helpful.

Rings Resized
Took my wedding, eternity and engagement ring to be resized after having them removed, by H&H. I cannot believe how amazing they look! They look brand new and fit perfectly. Everyone is always super friendly and I wouldn't go to any other jewellers for repairs. They also sell some lovely things too. I would highly recommend.
