Absolutely fantastic service, couldn’t have asked for more. I placed an order and needed it quicker that it stated. After emailing, the team members rushed the order through into production and got the order delivered in time.

The bracelet was lovely albeit a little tight on my wife's wrist.
I contacted Auree and they immediately offered to extend it and once they received it they then did the work and the bracelet was back in a few days!
My only comment being it might be a good idea to give size options so that people can choose a longer bracelet in necessary.

I am really pleased with my lovely Topaz bracelet which matches other jewellery I have. It was beautifully packaged and arrived very quickly. My only slight disappointment is that it isn’t a bit longer as I would like to have a little dangly bit of chain after the clasp. The clasp was also very fiddly to do up so I am leaving it on all the time.
