They’ve done it again! Whenever I need a gift they’ve got the perfect adornment.
Plus the fact that they offer a personal service and answer the phone is a huge bonus!

My necklace arrived with a knot in the fine, gold chain.
I telephoned Auree and a very friendly lady answered, we agreed I would send an email containing an image of the necklace.

She confirmed there was a knot and suggested I untie it by using a needle or 2 needles to untangle it.

This seems a risky thing to do with it tbh. If it breaks, we will have spent almost £300 for nothing, as its doubtful you will then replace it.

Very pretty, delicate chain with oval moonstone set horizontally. Delivery quick and the presentation box containing the necklace is tied with a neat ribbon bow.

Had to buy a replacement item due to the original being lost. The service received was exceptional. Helped to recreate an order from 2022 and went above and beyond to ensure the item was turned around in time for my wife's birthday. Could not recommend highly enough. Love the earrings ….just what I wanted. However I do think they were pricey.

I was looking for a special gift for my granddaughter on her 21st birthday and found a beautiful gold bracelet at Auree. I know it will make her smile as it will suit her to a "T".
The item arrived, boxed and tied with a ribbon the day after I placed the order, now that is what I call good service! I will certainly be looking to purchase from Auree again whether for a special birthday or maybe a Christmas present.
