Purchased two Hollywood mirrors for my teenage daughter’s bedroom, and we absolutely love them. Arrived promptly, exactly as described, very high quality and superbly packaged! Well worth the money

purchased hepburn hollywood mirror direct from the website. unfortunately the pictures didn’t match the description it was very misleading from the pictures looks like the bulbs are screw in but are intact not. emailed the company who pointed me in the directions of the return process only to find out it would cost £69 to return! Either way i’ve lost a lot of money.

update:
they had emailed me a day later after this review asking me to remove it as it may affect their business. i informed them that my review was an honest opinion of my experience and that the focus should be more about finding a solution rather than about their reputation. to say i was so disappointed is an instatement i’m still paying off instalments on a mirror i don’t want. i send receipts of the return quote and after back and forth emails they offered to help sort the mirror being returned after me accepting this offer i’ve heard nothing back.
again customer service is flawed with little to no concern over resolving an issue. even more appalled to be asked to remove my review!

We are absolutely over the moon with our Hollywood mirrors, the quality of the mirrors is outstanding. It is so easy to set the mirror up, all you have to do is plug it in! They are so well made and so sturdy.
The fact that they can be wall hung or floor standing gives endless options.
The lighting is fabulous for anyone creating natural to glamorous make up looks. The brightness can be adjusted as well as the warmth of the light. We thoroughly recommend to all!

After spending a lot of time and effort revamping my bedroom, a new Hollywood mirror was the finishing touch. It's stunning! I chose the Houston mirror with Bluetooth audio, which not only gives me a choice of 3 light settings, it allows me to listen to music while I'm getting ready, which I love. Delivery was swift and hassle free. I'm delighted with my purchase.

I have the Hepburn mirror and I just can't get enough of how flawless I look in it. It has made me feel like a queen. It has truly enhanced my boudoir experience. The mirror is such good quality and the tri-colour bulbs are dimmable. There is also a USB port for charging. Gorgeous old Hollywood classic with a modern twist!

I'm currently waiting on a replacement mirror as mine was faulty but I appreciate the level of service from Justine who helped sort out a replacement, tried other avenues to see what was wrong, etc. Once they organised the collection of the faulty mirror and had a check, they quickly sent out another which i'm excited to receive, as the mirrors are beautiful and such a lovely addition to a vanity!

I ordered an Alicia mirror in 2022 which I have been very happy with. I wanted an upgrade to fit a new bedroom so I ordered the Hepburn mirror. Once I received this product I noticed very quickly that it was nowhere near as bright as my current Alicia version and I put this down to the new non replacement LED bulbs that are used (my Alicia mirror has very bright bulbs that are replaceable). On further inspection there was also a mark on the mirror, 2 black dots which looked like damage to the mirror.
Unfortunately I have experienced nothing but awful customer service from this company. At first, they told me the marks were probably just ink that should rub off (which they didn't). The customer service team then tried to make me organise return of the faulty mirror at a cost to myself which would then be refunded if they couldn't get the marks off. I spent days trying to make the point that I had been sent a faulty mirror and I have consumer rights to a refund. I also pointed out this mirror was nowhere near as bright as my current one. After long discussions the company finally organised collection of the item and then emailed me to say "I got the mark of straightaway and the reason the mirror wasn't bright was because it had a 2 amp plug - sorry". So not only had I been sent a damaged mirror (because I don't believe the marks were removed) but I was also sent a wrong amp plug but in my conversations with customer service all they kept saying was "the hepburn is our bestseller and we have had no complaints".
I am glad to say I have finally received my refund however, I had to push for basic customer service and the way they have spoken to me is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they send you a faulty product and make it very hard work to get a refund.

Mirror looks lovely, moving at the moment so haven’t set it up, but checked everything out and I can’t wait to have in my new room xx

Mirror doesn’t work after 2 weeks and no response to emails requesting replacement or refund. After paying £400 for a mirror I would expect it to last longer than a couple of weeks and not responding to emails or via web chat is unacceptable. I am seeking a charge back via my credit card company due to getting no response from Hollywood Mirrors. AVOID.
