Great price, fast delivery and perfect mirror looks gorgeous. Thought it would be a bit too small for the dressing table as ours was bigger than the recommended size for the mirror but it was perfect.

I got the Mila LED mirror and it's favourite purchase ever, the adjustable settings and brightness is great, it literally fixed all the issues i had with doing my make up before. I love this mirror in my room, it's so pretty on my vanity. I really recommend it, it's amazing quality.

Not a legit company I don’t think. Ordered a mirror through Klarna for protection, the website states next day delivery but this is false as nearly a week later they contact me to say my mirror has been damaged and is out of stock till October? The email I received looked strange with spelling mistakes, I asked to cancel my order, I receive a cancellation confirmation which states I have not been refunded? Klarna are asking for proof of the listing to proceed with my refund but of course they’ve removed the actual link so now I’m battling for a refund! Do not use this company

The bulbs are great and my wonderful mirror is over 10 years old

Quality product. My daughter is really happy with her new mirror. We have wall mounted it and it looks great in her room. Great that you can hold the touch button to dim or brighten the lights or press to change between 3 different white lights. Quick delivery and well packaged making sure delivery drivers knew it was a fragile parcel.

Ordered 6th March money taken on 9th March for pre order end of march took 2 months to arrive from money being taken.

After debating whether to splurge on one of these mirrors for a while, I then made the mistake of ordering without looking closely at their returns policy, as their website states 'No fuss 60 day risk free returns on all purchases.'

Unfortunately I thought the mirror looked a bit cheap, there were a couple of minor scratches on the frame, and the light wasn't very bright.

When I looked into returning it, I found there was definitely fuss and risk involved! Had to arrange the delivery myself, had to buy specific packing tape, and it turns out you can't insure mirrors for delivery, so there was the risk of it arriving damaged. Ended up costing me £20 to return it. On the plus side, the refund was processed very quickly once the mirror had arrived.

Ultimately it was my fault for not looking more closely at the T&C's, and I've learnt my lesson!

This is my 4th purchase from Hollywood mirrors and the process is as smooth as always. The communication from Justine and professionalism is great as always and the delivery was on time.
I'd highly recommend this company for it's dedication to its customers and recommend to anyone.

Fabulous product, good price and just what I was looking for

The mirror is lovely and looks great in its spot. Delivery was one day late - DPD. One bulb cover was detached which was fixable.

Description not as helpful as it could be re the power lead. I assumed from the description on another one that the plug would detach from the lead but it did not making it hard to sort as I have a narrow gap in my bedroom unit. In addition description was misleading re the bulbs. On others it says bulbs are not replaceable. On the one I bought it states G60 LED’s but when it came they were non replaceable.
