I am in the process of buying a new build and at first I wasn't sure if I needed a snagging survey as you are given up to 2 years to report any issues as you find them. I am so glad I did go ahead with the report, as he did such a thorough survey and found things that I would never probably have found until it was too late!

What can I say about Kris. His report was extremely detailed and thorough, the drone report gave a detailed report of the roof eaves guttering, lead work and car port. We instructed KB House Surveys to carry out a Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey with drone inspection on a 1970s four-bedroom property in Swindon, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The survey was carried out professionally and on time, with excellent use of modern inspection methods including drone imagery, moisture testing and thermal imaging. This gave us a far clearer understanding of the roof condition, elevations and areas that are not easily accessible during a standard inspection.

The report itself was clear, well-structured and easy to follow, highlighting issues in a practical and proportionate way. Importantly, it clearly distinguished between minor maintenance items and matters requiring closer attention, without being alarmist. Best decision I've ever made. Kris did a fantastic Job. Friendly and professional. First, he managed to squeeze us in on very short notice. Then gave us a great deal and did a very thorough job. Kris found things I'd never have found and even found some serious issues that needed attention immediately. Again, we'd never have found these issues. I'd highly recommend Kris. He's the guy to get the job done properly and give you peace of mind. Worth every penny, so if you're still on the fence, let this be your sign to DO IT! Finding the problems now will save you loads of money in the future. Can't recommend highly enough.

He was well worth having as he found one major fault in that the solar panels inverter wasn't connected. He also found a lot of less major errors which were still important.
The builders are fixing them all ASAP
