It was quick and efficient.

Helpful staff and quick service but every bag of slate was ripped. Someone had clearly just thrown the bags on the collection trolley without thinking.

I visit regularly and Carole is on the main till she is superb . She always acknowledges customers when she sees them come in you feel like she knows you . She is efficient on the till talks to customers welcoming and always smiles and makes you feel special . For Carole to make old miserable people like me feel good that is a miracle well done Carole .r

I returned a heavy item ( a bedroom chair) to the Belfast Store, Boucher Rd, on Tuesday evening. The young fella on the customer services desk watched as I struggled to carry the chair over to the cash desk to request a refund. Please train your staff to help customers, not to stand talking to their colleague and watch a customer struggle.

The lady on the customer service desk was really helpful, polite and gave great advice about the project I am completing.

So easy and great customer service

Having failed to get the item from another store showing stock online (but having none), I ordered online for collection at Bicester. Into the entrance, desk immediately to the right, handed over order details, item there on the floor ready, out the door - the whole process taking about 45 seconds! Can't complain about that.

Was served by a lovely lady who pointed me in the right direction for the product I needed. I was so impressed with her customer service that I had a browse around and found another item that I had forgotten I needed after I broken my old lopper in the autumn .

Mary was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered me other useful products I may need for my project.

We were helped by Catherine this evening, who mixed our paint for us. She was super friendly and very helpful - a credit to your store!

I recently purchased a wonderful hallway runner from bicester homebase. The runners were displayed perfectly and it looks brilliant in my home.

Excellent customer service. Was greeted at the door and directed to exactly what I needed. A member of staff also helped advise me on which product was the best choice.

we were unable to find item we wanted to purchase although it said 6 were available in store.
Mary at customer services spoke to someone who said they were in the warehouse. Mary kindly went and fetched several so we had a choice of colour

As we couldn't find what we were looking for Mary at the customer service desk, located the item in the warehouse and collected it for us

Website advertises you can collect 30mins before stated opening time on a Sunday.
Store didn't open early for collections or browsing. Multiple staff acknowledged I was stood at the door abd refused to speak to me. When I spoke to the manager he told me he was unaware of 30mins early opening. Despite I could see the advert on the screen on the computer he was stood at.

Manager was rude and claimed to be unaware of the online adverts.

Slight amend with my order but the store called to resolve it very quickly. Staff really friendly in store, especially the lady at the checkout. (12:40pm 2nd Feb Bicester store)
