Units well made and very sturdy
Bought 2x2 cubed storage unit in black ash on offer at £32 in store, was impressed with build so decided to get 2x4 unit but having found first unit quite heavy bought online with delivery. Very glad I did as these units are quite solid and therefore heavy. Unit delivered 2 days later while being informed all the time on progress.

Super friendly and helpful
I arrived slightly too early for my click & collect, Julie and Jamie bent over backwards to sort out my order, even helping me to the car! I'll definitely be back!

Prompt and polite service
As my item was large it was already in a trolley for me. While unloading into my car I noticed a handle missing from one item. Returned to the store and they replaced immediately. Very prompt and polite service.

Poor customer service
To finish our garden we ordered and paid for 10 more bags of stones, and when we collected them from Biggleswade branch, they only had 6. The manager said there were 8 but two broken bags were put in together in another bag. They were the only bags he had left (although online showed they had 31 bags in stock!) He told us we’d have to pay for the 8, and then wait a couple of days for the refund to come through for the original 10. When we were in the queue to pay, we peeped into the extra bag, only to discover they weren’t even the same stones we’d ordered. Reaching the till we explained there were only 6 bags, but the assistant confirmed that we didn’t have to pay in full again and then wait for a refund, and immediately refunded the 4 missing bags. The manager didn’t seem pleased when we pointed out his stock control system didn’t seem to be working.

Today went to Biggleswade Homebase
Today went to Biggleswade Homebase. As soon as I got in the store I was shocked by a terrible smell. I have on a number of occasions smelt a similar sewage smell at the far end of the outdoor garden part of the shop. Today very pleased to leave.
