Homebase - Birmingham Selly Oak Avis 

Was looking for a couple of cans of Dulux 5L Absolute White emulsion, your website said Selly Oak had 3 in stock but I only found one on the shelf. I ask one of the staff and he was very helpful, he checked first on the system there and within a few minutes he'd found me another can. Very pleased with the customer service

I think i was served by a manger who served me at the time. He was helpful at first. However, when I lifted the item the packaging broke at the bottom. He accused me of breaking the packaging, when I lifted it. How else I meant to carry it.

He said I can go and get another one which wasn't an issue.

I'm just very surprised how poor the packaging is; to hold a heavy unit.

Bought bags of garden compost but shocked to be told no flatbed trolleys available to take them to checkout and car (all stolen). However staff carried them to car (Glyn). Strong and very helpful. Thanks!

Excellent choice of paints and storage goods. Staff very helpful when I was looking for under bed storage and testers. Followed up by chosen paint delivered with 2nd tin half price.

The lady on till was moaning she hadn’t had her 15 min break! She rolled her eyes at the previous customer because she asked for tissue to wipe the wet tubs of garden produce! Not good customer service! I did get everything I came for thou.

Great service, ordered online click and collect 5 x large bags of compost. Notified very quickly when it was ready to collect. Lovely helpful Dave brought them to my car and loaded them too, well I did load one 😀

I had to get my products from two stores due to low stock levels. But matt and a guy who works in the bathroom kitchen department were more than helpful sorting this out for me. The guy who's name I did not get mentioned a product for my project that he thought would go well. I bought the product which was a tileable bath panel. I'm more than happy

Ordered on line for a pick up. Very easy to order. It was ready in a matter of a couple of days, with helpful text messages keeping me informed. Walked into the branch and received my order straight away, very politely and helpfully. One of the purchases was a large one! Thanks.

The lovely Bryn was extremely helpful when I was trying to choose a tree last Tuesday night. He also opened a new till to take payment and put it in the boot of my car. Old school service like that is hard to come across these days. Thanks again Bryn.

Steve at Selly Oak has been helping my partner and I with our kitchen plan for nearly 2 months and has been extremely patient with us whilst we have went through a number of changes of mind.
