Homebase - Birmingham Sutton Coldfield Avis 

We went to Homebase to find a layout for our kitchen and met Deborah. She was very friendly and explained everything very well and helped our vision come to life. An overall terrific experience.

Sameena was very helpful and polite.

No staff on collection point

Poor customer service, I was initially told my order was not at the store then told my order had already been collected. After 15mins she went back to warehouse and found collection order.

I ordered the Shoreditch stake lights. They are perfect. Very bright and sturdy.
The staff at Sutton Coldfield are so friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure to shop there.

Our recent experience at Homebase was excellent.We were made to feel like a valued customer. Teresa who served us, was so kind and helpful, and is a credit to the company.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I just had to on this occasion.
The customer service I have received at Homebase, Sutton Coldfield over the past couple of days has been amazing.
Jason, Maria and Liz were all great!
Maria was the first person we spoke to about the product we wanted to buy. She was helpful, friendly, kind and lovely to speak to.
We then spoke to Jason who was also just as approachable and helpful. He listened to the questions we had, didn’t try to fob us off, managed our expectations and called me the next day when he said he would.
We spoke to Jason and Maria just as the store was closing on Sunday but they didn’t rush us and explained the process which answered our questions very well.
The next day I went into store to pay for my product and Maria was there who greeted us with a hello and a smile. Again, she was very helpful, approachable, friendly and lovely to talk to.
She pointed us in the direction of the till and Liz who served me was also just as nice. She was learning a new system but kept me informed throughout and apologised for how it was taking longer to process the order than normal. This wasn’t a problem for me though as everyone at the store had been so lovely and kind.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this store as all the staff we came into contact with were lovely and helpful.
Thanks to you all and for all the support you gave us to purchase our outdoor furniture 😊

Placed order online Sunday afternoon and it was ready for collection at 09:00 Monday.

Parcel was ready to collect and a staff member carried it to my car. No problems.

Was browsing online for a small bathroom cupboard and came across a 3 drawer small one which suited. Was easy to order and bonus it was in the sale so got it a lot cheaper than expected. I wasn't expecting much as it was very cheap but when I opened the box I was surprised. It's all white with no dents chips or marks on it. Was kept updated and collected from local store the next day. It was ready for me at the collection point . Very pleased with my purchase and will definately look at Hombase products in the future. Happy customer

The website's user interface was intuitive and facilitated the seamless selection of the desired item. Upon placing the order, I promptly received a collection SMS as per the advised procedure.

The staff at the Sutton Coldfield branch exhibited professionalism and courtesy throughout the interaction. It took less than two minutes from my arrival at the store to the successful collection of my order. Despite being engaged in rearranging inventory, the staff remained attentive and willing to assist.

Based on this positive experience, I am inclined to continue patronizing the Sutton Coldfield branch for future purchases.

I use homebase regularly. I get all my plants and garden stuff from them. Lovely staff. Very warming and helpful. I was today served by Teresa. What a lovely friendly and helpful lady she is. I love all the staff in there. Angela from garden centre. Helen customer services. Anne and Liz.its a pleasure to go in there. All staff are wonderful.

I phoned Homebase Sutton Coldfield with an enquiry about wallpaper and batch numbers in stock. I was served by Ann, who was extremely kind and patient. She said she would call me back in 10 minutes with the information, which she did. I was very pleased with the result and with her helpfulness.

We are missing two rubber feet from one of the chairs.

I recently bought a cordyline tree. Very beautiful and massive. I did receive the best support ever. Thank you to Jason, Angela and Ann for all you help and kindness

Home base is good . Beware of car park sign under Homebase sign . It is NOT Homebase carpark but it’s a pub . The pub deliberately displays misleading car park signs under Homebase sign . They then charge you £100 after you leave . This is NOT HOMEBASES FAULT . This is the pubs fault for getting you to believe you are in Homebase’s car park . The pub is the Beggars bush on Jockey road . Be careful .
