It's a really great store

Goods ready when we arrived to collect, and even loaded onto a trolley ready to take away. After sales care excellent. Really helpful staff in store.

Very prompt service from customer services who retrieved my order very quickly and took payment for my other items.

We have bought wallpaper from the Homebase online and are delighted with it. It would have been great to have been able to collect from the store but when we went we were told that all wallpaper is going to be online. A shame as it’s good to see the actual aper before buying. However, from our experience and prompt service, we would use online ordering again.

Fantastic Customer service from enquiry to final delivery. Ellis @Homebase Branksome, very diligent and understanding. We gave a rough measurement plan and he showed us the 3D visual plan and pointed out areas where we could improve. Called on us next day (bang on time) to check our measurements, and confirm our plans. Took ownership of the whole project.
Delivery was less time than expected, 10 days, Delivery guys just amazing, we are 2 levels above street level, and NOTHING was too much of a problem, polite, respectful and very helpful.
Price wise this project was 70% less expensive than a major competitor, for exactly the same spec. Thanks Ellis. Thoroughly recommend Ellis Evans and Homebase @ Branksome.

Dansan was incredible.
We went in a few times and really liked a kitchen that was in store, Dansan greeted us both times and answered any questions we had.
We actually visited 3 times before even deciding to go with Homebase , each time Dansan was incredibly friendly but also the knowledge and patience he had with us was phenomenal - the initial plans had to change and with an hours notice we were in store having bits changed - we were given product guidance, recommendations and suggestions not even thought of.
Peter was also super friendly offering us drinks on arrival and really going above and beyond.

We went to a competitor and the level of service was nowhere near as impressive, we left!

I would recommend Dansan to everyone - he came over to our home to make sure our measurements were right and even made home suggestions that weren’t thought of.

We can’t wait to invite Dansan round for a coffee once we’re up and running.

I recently had my bathroom done. I was amazed of how quick and quality they have done my bathroom. Dansan provided an amazing plan that utilised all the space and I was amazed at the end how big it looked.

Lady helpful, took my name and found the item straight away. Asked me if I needed someone to carry it to the car as I had a baby in my arms (a different store did not do this, I had to ask). Man that lifted chair into my car was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Excellent experience. Thankyou!

Ordered an item on the 30th of December 2023, received the email order number ect, plus states do not go to the store, unless you receive an email for collection and bring ID. Didn't get a email and no it wasn't in spam, absolutely nothing, had to make a phone call on the 8th of January, to be told it's been collected, no it wasn't, after a while to be told it's here and ready to be collected, but didn't have any details on the item, they then took my name and luckily I collected my item considering they only hold it for five days so the email states, no ID needed payed by PayPal. First time ordering online, still haven't got a email to pick up or it's been collected, like other good stores. At least 6 working days were available after the new year

Was shocked to receive a parking fine in the post after using this store. After purchasing goods and loading our car, we visited some other shops on the site before leaving. The weather was appalling with driving heavy rain and the only signs we noticed were the very clear "Retail park customer parking only" signs.
We had previously checked this website which states the store has "free parking". No time restriction is mentioned.

Very quick to 'click and collect', lady on customer services was helpful and nice. When I went to put the laminate packs (12) in my car I noticed two were damaged so took them back in to exchange, which was no problem. I did raise an eyebrow though when the man just replaced them by putting the two damaged packs back on the shelf and giving me two new packs. Double check when you collect laminate flooring as they don't appear to be bothered about selling faulty/damaged packs! The packs that weren't damaged are lovely however.
