Homebase - Bridgend Avis 

The designer in the kitchen dept, Bridgend store.His name is Ed, he was so helpful, came out to the house to check everything was just right, altered some things that weren't, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!!.Prices are amazing, We'll be back, for our bathroom when the kitchens done.

Easy to order for click and collect and a text message within the hour to say my items were ready for collection. Friendly staff when I collected.

Visited the local Homebase in Bridgend to buy a specific pot of paint. It wasn't in stock. Customer Services very unhelpful. Ordered the paint myself online with Homebase. Paid delivery. Paint hasn't arrived. Contacted Customer Services online who wouldn't be able to provide an update for three days and could not provide an update as to where the paint was, if it had been dispatched. Requested a refund which will take three working days - aaarghh! Useless

Lovely products and very helpful staff. There was a problem but the staff did everything they could to resolve it for me.

Bob was the person who opened a till to serve us. Excellent customer service from him. Apart from that, the store had exactly what we were looking for.

Ordered and paid for 4 baskets. When I arrived only 3 were there. Asked if they would order one in for me and they said no despite it showing 1000 in stock in the warehouse. Went to order on line and wanted £6 delivery but still showing stock for pick up in the store. Shambles.

You store was dark untidy no organisation. My order was dragged along the floor and given to me with no offer to help get it to the car (I’m 63) or offer to get me a trolly. And it was cheaper in B&Q.

Got exactly what I wanted with a 10% discount completly hassle free. Ordered through Click and Collect, picked up I in less than 24hrs. Still waiting for.my money back from the main competition after it couldn't fulfil my order!

We recently bought a new kitchen from Homebase Bridgend. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The Sales guy, Edward was very patient, very knowledgeable, friendly,
and extremely helpful. We changed our minds quite a few times and Edward would re-do the drawings to suit, not once did we ever feel pressured. He was helping us every step of the way, not just trying to land a quick sale, like a lot if sales people do. Once we decided on our dream kitchen, Edward took time to explain the whole purchasing and delivery process and made sure there were no grey areas. We did however have a few problems with the delivery company delivering damaged items, but Ed promptly sorted it out each time and had the re-delivery scheduled. His after sales service has been nothing short of impeccable. Kudus to Homebase Bridgend, you have a true star in Edward. I am sure that we will be back

Easy to find the products I was looking for, on a retail park so easy to get to. Straightforward to find the collection desk, slight wait due to different services at same desk (keys being cut, refunds etc) but felt reasonable. Member of staff that served me was polite and helpful. Would use click and collect at this branch again.

Didn't have stock at my nearest store so had to do click and collect. Delivered super fast, email notifications and great staff at the Bridgend store. Gutted there is no Homebase nearer but grateful of Bridgend store so don't close it!
