I went to collect some tiles that I pre ordered. They brought to the checkout in a trolly by a young man. I could hardly push the trolly and once outside the trolley went towards the parked cars. I had to drag the trolley from post to post until it reached my car.

It would have been a great service if the young man had offered to help me to my car.

Service was very quick and staff were very helpful, getting a trolley to place heavy load onto, pushing it,and placing it in my car. No hassle.

Went into the Bromsgrove store. I purchased a clever 8 cube unit. when i found the one i wanted there was 20% off it (bargain). I couldn't lift it so I asked for help. The Guy called Will came to help. He went and got the trolly I

would need, he noticed the one I had picked was open at one end and it was stuffed, he checked stock level, he went and found a better boxed one for me and popped it on the trolly took
It to a desk I was served by a man called Lox. He was so nice. Will then took the heavy box to the car helped me put the the seat down and put the box in then made sure it was in a secure position for me to drive home. He was so nice and helpful. When I got home I had to call the store to ask a question about my purchase. I spoke to Liz who did everything to help me.
I must say it's refreshing to find staff who Care not only about customer service but about each other. Well done Homebase your staff are a credit to you.

There was no member of staff at the collection point. When, eventually, a lady arrived she was very pleasant and helpful. However, customers should not have to wait in this way

Click and collect order, notification given the next morning order was ready, item was all ready on a trolley which was taken and loaded into my car- brilliant service
