Homebase - Bury St. Edmunds Avis 

Poor communication. Actually collected before being told my order was in. Delivery was longer than originally expected

The person serving me was very polite and engaged in a chat with me. She was great at dealing with my return and advised me on the product i needed.

Went to homebase in Bury St edmunds for some paint on 29th of april. Was served by a lovely lady by the name of hollie. She was so helpful and informative. It was so refreshing and I think we made her laugh to. An all round great shopping experience.. Hollie is a credit to the company and deserves recognition and praise.. Thank you Hollie🙂🙂🙂

Janos was really helpful earlier this evening when I nipped in for some gardening tools. He took the time to point out how I could benefit from an offer I hadn't noticed, which doesn't happen often! Much appreciated. A very nice interaction with Janos, and Michael, after a long and stressful day.

I had an exceptional experience today in bury at Edmunds homebase. Firstly a lovely and friendly person called Kerry was very helpful guiding me to the annual flowers were.
Then I went to the customer service desk as I had an order to pay for I was serviced by a lovely friendly person called Jasmin.
The store has lovely staff and always looks well presented.

I was served by a young lady called Kerry, she was very busy but was so polite and helpful. Advising me extremely well. I have just moved and I have a small garden but know very little I'm seeking advise all the time and kerry was extremely helpful. She is a credit to your company

Popped in to Homebase in Bury St Edmunds on Sunday morning to get some more pink stones that we had purchased at the Newmarket branch the day before. However we wouldn’t see the ones we were looking for but an employee overheard us and said that they keep those ones out the back and that he would go and get them for us. I didn’t catch the guys name but he had dark hair and was just really professional, helpful and friendly. Very very appreciative to him and just wanted to leave a review to say thank you for your help.

Had a problem with my lawn mower, Staff at branch were understanding and helpful in allowing me to give them the mower to dispose of.

Could not fault the service from Jade, the member of staff in the store, the delivery time and the guys that delivered our garden furniture. We were kept up to date and it was delivered on the expected day. We are very happy with our purchase.

Straightforward to collect and the staff were extremely helpful. I needed help to put it in the boot of my car and it was done straightaway away.

We visited the store in Bury St Edmunds today to return a faulty lawnmower. We were delt by a young chap by the name of Charlie. He was very helpful, very professional and was happy to help.
