Homebase - Cannock Avis 

I visited the Cannock store today.
Well stocked, clean and tidy store, with many offers on. (I only went in for a £5 pot plant and came out £100 lighter)
All of the staff I came in to contact with were friendly and helpful, especially Julie.
Highly recommend.

Click & collect was easy from start to finish.

I needed to replace my lawnmower.
The mower I wanted was out of stock, but Lexi looked up alternatives online straight away.

We found one in stock and similar spec very quickly, Chris also offered some advice and and even helped show me where the stock was.

Came into store today to find an item which unfortunately couldn’t be located. Julie came to assist and she was a complete breath of fresh air, even coming up with alternative ideas for me to use.
Absolutely amazing service and I strongly believe that Julie should be recognised as an amazing Homebase employee - she was absolutely fantastic and went much further than above and beyond.

Delivered on time pleased with what we purchased.

Went to buy a hedge trimmer (bosch as was only brand made somewhere other than China!). Displayed trimmer had a big hole smashed in the box. Found a young chap and asked him if they had another one in the stores. He he happily went and found me one. Great to see a younger person so willing to enthusiastically help.
Homebase stands apart from other diy stores as they employ 'helpful happy staff' throughout the store. Checkout staff always a good experience. Don't change your recipe please. 🙂🙂

Excellent service and really helpful staff, especially the two young men who put the huge box in my car for me.

Couldn’t have been more helpful. I was picking up a very large item and knew I would struggle getting it in the car but I asked for help and it was given without hesitation.

The 2 of the 6 stake lights had the stakes. I tried to contact the store several times since Friday but kept being advised to try again later. I asked the chat line to post me the stakes but that wasn’t possible and I was told to go back to the store. I have tried to contact the store again and got the same message, try again later
I therefore have to travel 10 miles to return 2 stakelights and get replacements.

My click and collect order was ready in no time to pick up and the member of staff at the counter was pleasant and smiley! 👍🏻

Great service from designing the kitchen by Darren Dutton. Lovely man patient and very helpful.
The fitters Stefan and Mick have done a fabulous job, both great guys, and we would recommend all three guys if you want a good reliable service.

Order was ready to collect when i arrived, was less than 5minutes in the store !! Efficient & helpful
