Homebase - Chichester Avis 

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Short wait in a queue, showed by order number and my paint was brought to me in minutes. Great service 👍

Originally called into my local Brewers paint store to purchase the Dulux silk only ti find it priced at the exorbitant price of over £50 for 2.5 litre tin. Ordered it online and got 2 tins of the same paint and a small tin of gloss for £48.50. A massive saving and ready to collect as promised

Bear really liked the store - he was a bit too interested near the bird food area but he behaved very well.

No toilets available
We wanted to buy a bed settee it came in two halves so easy to collect from the shop, just what we wanted. It was priced at £295 they then told us they wanted another £20 for delivery ridiculous!!
We wanted to collect as it wasn't heavy as it splits down into two pieces.faulse pricing as £20 not mentioned on the ticket. Left shop disappointed and needing the loo!!
It really wasn't about the toilets read my review properly

Efficient, polite and helpful

Well laid out and lots of room to move around in! Plenty of trolleys and close easy parking!

Placed a click and collect for some items which was easy and hassle free.
Approached a member of staff about the order who had either had a bad day or didn't want to be there.
They couldn't find the order, and had a couldn't care less attitude and was rude when my Son said he could see the items.
They said we would have to wait for someone else and they walked off.
Fortunately a nice member of staff came along and could not have been more helpful, and we got the items.
Shame I would have give 5stars otherwise.

Ordered an item online for 'click and collect' Very easy process and everything went smoothly from order to collection.

Good handy dispenser and perfect for wrapping smaller items. Overall, ease of online ordering and collection of item very easy and convenient for in store collection.

Ordered some paint on click & collect- only realised when I got home that they had given me the right colour but Matt emulsion not kitchen & bathroom paint .
20 mile round trip to return it to be treated with indifference at customer services & it will be refunded to your account & go & find what you want - NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion- not even a sorry
