My Homebase order was great
My Homebase order was great. I picked most of my £200 order up in store on two occasions.The paint defaulted to home delivery. I would have also picked it up from store to avoid the £6 charge which I didn’t notice til I pressed” go”. Everything was there when it should have been.

Excellent knowledgeable service
We were helped by Pete at the homebse store at Gallagher Retail Park Coventry. What EXCELLENT knowledgeable customer service ahould be commended as its often missing from the retail experience nowadays. Definitely made me spend my money at Homebase rather than online.

Coventry Store
Went to Coventry branch not knowing anything about plant pots , plants, feed, compost. Pete approached me and spent lots of time ensuring I had everything I needed. Pete is a credit to Homebase.

Rikky on customer service was excellent. He found a receipt on the system which blew away a few days earlier for some paint which we had accidentally picked up the wrong colour and mixed some of the correct on for us.

Dave & Deep were so helpful
Dave & Deep were so helpful! I was a bit silly and didn’t realise the product ordered was a bit too big for my little Citroen DS3… but with the guys help we got it in and I got home safe and sound! They were really friendly and I’m so happy I didn’t have to make a return trip :)

Collection was quick and easy
Collection was quick and easy. Staff weren't rude, but it wouldn't hurt to be a bit more enthusiastic in a customer facing role. Though the guy on the checkout, who didn't actually serve me was jolly.
