Homebase - Craigavon Avis 

Have made numerous visits to this store in recent weeks. Needed lots of advice and assistance. Roy was absolutely amazing! Patient, long suffering and knowledgeable. Really can’t speak too highly of him.

Tonight my sister and I met with Cairan (assistant manager), who was extremely professional efficient and helpful. This guy ended up carrying 2 garden chairs to our car in the pouring rain as the shop was closing and he still managed to smile. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He needs promotion and Roy needs a medal.

Very fast collection time, friendly staff, my chosen item wasn't in stock but got an alternative at no extra cost

I wanted to buy tarmac drive seal, I couldn't find it so I asked a male member of staff, he told me where to find it. Leanne at the till was very personable, she was warm and professional.

I found a member of the staff very helpful today which doesn’t often happen. I have a disability and needed help in using my phone to pay for it and needed help to lift it into the boot of my car. I therefore wanted to thank both Leanne and Nigel for their support. This was for a used lawnmower hopefully with 12 months warranty. After sorting the lawnmower i went back in and bought a gas BBQ which Leanne again helped me with paying for it through my phone. Again thank you both for your help.

Really helpful and friendly service. I went in to store looking 10 tins of paint and had my baby with me in a pram. Nigel served me and went above and beyond to help. He listened to me then went out the back and got me tins in sizes that would work out as best value, loaded up a trolley and helped me through the checkout before helping me load up my car. Extremely good service- left very satisfied with my experience. Thankyou

Recently purchased the sienna garden furniture range from Homebase, Craigavon. The price dropped online and they matched it. Nigel, the assistant manager went out of his way to help us and give my hubby tips on how to build it. Happy with purchase and service.

Got a delivery to store staff where very nice and friendly when I went to collect it

In queue to collect my item only one till open , 2 more members of staff arrived n went to the 2 men standing behind me . When I got served the young fella was rude and sharp . I asked could sumone help me to car ( corner sofa ) to be told ‘I don’t know I’ll see if there anyone about ‘

1.Bought a gazebo online for click & collect from Craigavon. On collection I was neither offered a trolley or help to my car & the gazebo was just pushed across the floor & handed to me. Luckily a trolley was sitting at the side of the till & I asked could I use it. Only for a customer who was in store at the same time offering me help I would have struggled to get it into the car.
2. Whilst there I also picked up a bbq cover & on payment asked was it suitable for the Saturn Pro BBQ (purchased from yourselves the day before). The box of covers were sitting on that particular bbq & I was told yes it was. Got home & tried the cover & it’s too small. Very disappointed as I’ve spent a lot of money recently in Homebase.

I was served by Nigel who was lovely and helpful. I had seen the item i was looking had come through at a more expensive price at the till. He checked the display and seen the error and then honoured the price on display. All staff were very nice.
