Friendly and very helpful assistants - smiling, gracious and went the extra mile!

All the staff at the Cromer store have been superb over recent months. There's a fantastic spirit across the team and they all go out of their way to assist and look after customers. Particularly Sam who served us on Saturday.

A good range of multipurpose composts at competitive prices particularly with multi-buys. Hassle free to load on flatbed trolley [no faffing with coins or tokens] which was near the stacks of composts and easy to push even quite a heavy load to the checkout where Sam was quick and friendly.

Travelled from Norwich to pick up Click & Collect 4 large terracotta pots. Esther & Sam - the most cheerful & helpful staff I've ever encountered at a Homebase. Order found quickly & helped out to the car as they were heavy.

I returned an unwanted item, which I had bought using Pay Pal. Sam was unfamiliar with how to sort out a refund as she was new to the job.. She tried her very best being calm and pleasant throughout. She asked for help from Dawn who showed her how to do it. Again calm and pleasant throughout. I would recomend promotion on the spot.

I've been to Homebase Cromer multiple times over the last weeks. The service is always good and with a smile. Everyone has been so helpful. I have managed to purchase all I was looking for. Thank you to Clare, Sam, Emma and Emily to name but a few!

Ordered at 8am, ready to collect by 10am. All the bags were brought out to the car on an automated trolley which was much easier for me!
