I came into the store this morning quite unhappy that I had a missing cushion from my garden table set that I had brought the day earlier (from a different store)
One of the manager’s working in store called Gemma couldn’t of been more helpful, she was absolutely amazing, it’s not very often I’m compelled to write a review but I had to express my sincere gratitude for the support help and professional service I was given, many thanks Gemma I left a very happy customer

Pulled up to this branch of home base and thought it looked really drab. Staff inside the were totally amazing not only did they get the order for me but they made the suggestion, as it was out of stock elsewhere, (including other stockists) and I had come so far, that I purchased two tins and explained how I could take one back to my local homebase They did it all with a smile kept other customers informed and really provided a great service. Well done

Easy to order, easy to pick up

Apart from a straight forward no fuss click and collect process, when we visited the Fareham store to collect our item the sales assistant said if we weren't happy with the scaffolding board we could choose another. Unfortunately there were none on the shop floor so tha sales assistant went to the storage area and brought out more for us to look at. She was only a little thing lugging out half a dozen boards for us to see but she was determined we would find something more suited and we did. Cindy is the name of the lovely sales assistant who did this for us customer service at it's very best. Thanks Cindy. N.B everytime I have visited this store the staff have always been amazing.

Superb customer service. The 2 staff on the click and collect were very patient with a collection / refund and took the time to help look for a carbon monoxide alarm that wasn't in store despite it showing as in stock online. Thanks again for your help!

Website much improved, smoother and works better and faster than some of Homebase's major competitors. Also impressed by wealth of information about products and user-friendly checking of stock at my local store.

Asked a staff member, Helen, where an item was, she led us to area, found what we needed and she unlocked the item from rack. Very friendly, positive and relaxed.

The delivery went well, once the driver found the correct address, by telephoning me for directions.
The YouTube video stated 45 mins. to complete - absolute rubbish!
It took five hours, 2 people + had to call a neighbour, because some screws didn't line up. It's still a bit wonky, as one side wouldn't line up & the screws didn't align.
Paper instructions weren't very good, hence the need to go on Youtube for a video.

Picked up gravel on click and collect no problems very easy 8bags

It was the first time I’ve ever used Homebase. I must say that the young man who served me was very polite, informative and made the whole process of picking up my order easy.

Trina was so helpful and spent time helping me shop for my purchase as I’m seriously I’ll she walked around the whole shop with me .must of spent an hour with me I really appreciate the help .she is very helpful and kind a credit to your store .

We asked for some paint to be mixed. Trina helped us and she was very friendly & polite. She came along quickly and got on with the job. We had a lovely chit chat and the whole thing only took a few minutes. Very efficient member of staff so thank you Trina.
