Homebase - Fareham Avis 

Just returned from a free kitchen design appointment at Homebase Fareham with Cerys Massey. We were put at ease from the start with friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable Cerys. She listened to what we wanted, designed exactly what we needed and talked us through options and alternatives with no pressure or expectations. We were so blown away with the service, price and flexibility that we ordered our new kitchen then and there. Whilst in store we spotted a super deal on laminate flooring and with some help from assistant Trina we calculated how much we’d need for all ground floor rooms - a lot but a great saving too. Trina sprung into action with her colleague Mike, not only loaded onto a trolley for us but wheeled it out and loaded it into our van. Couldn’t ask for nicer, more helpful people. Well done Homebase it’s nice to see customer experience is high on your agenda when so many outlets focus on pushy salespeople and order value.

Despite a complicated exchange issue with a third party retailer via Homebase, Gemma was extremely helpful and patient, trying to resolve the matter to our satisfaction. She spoke to Customer Services and found a solution that meant we would be able to gave our new faulty model exchanged. Her manner throughout was a real credit to Homebase.

Previous review has been updated as the issue I had was resolved promptly, with an outcome that exceeded my expectations. Thanks Homebase Fareham, for taking the time and effort to sort out my problem. I shall be in to buy some paint tomorrow.

Just like to share the excellent service from Homebase Fareham team…especially Mason. Nothing was too much trouble as he helped us check dimension of table and chairs, eventually helping by carry a particularly awkward package across the car parking and helping us load into car. Very very impressive service.
