Went in for a kitchen design consultation and the staff were very polite and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Well the lady on click and collect couldn't have been more helpful. I order what I thought were lamps but turn out it was only the shades how daft did I feel. So my self and the lady went to look a look at the lights she help me choose new lamps with shades lol, she also had to go and look for light bulbs as they were dimmer lamps. All this was done with a smile . Nothing was to much trouble for her . Even took lamps out the box to make sure they weren't damaged

For the 2nd year running Carol from the garden centre has provided me with excellent advice on all of the plants I bought. She is so genuine and cheery and really goes the extra mile for customers.

It was a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable when you are looking for plants. Carol is very supportive and approachable she can answer all questions you have on plants in a down to earth manner.

I went into my local store looking for mixture of items across various areas of the store. At first glance I could not find what I was looking for and asked George who was working nearby. He very kindly located my first item and then took me around various areas to track down all of my items. He also told me how to use one of them. Nothing was too much bother for him.

Very easy to order online. The exact paint I wanted happened to have 20% off which was a bonus.
I use click and collect for most deliveries. I had a confirmation within minutes to say it was ready (prepared by Neil). Served right away at click and collect. Both staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly

Always friendly and helpful. As I wasn’t sure where and exactly what I required. I was approached by a smiley gentleman who I think noticed my confusion. That kind gentleman was George and straight away knew what it was I required. He took me directly to where the things I needed and advised the most practical items I needed. 10 out of 10 for George
