Homebase - Godalming Avis 

I bought a Bosch lawnmower using click and collect. It was ready within 20mins to collect and service was friendly.
On using the lawnmower, which was totally rubbish as the wheels kept falling off(!) I asked if I could return it and swap for a Flymo. Homebase of Godalming were v accommodating and allowed a straight swap. Thank you!

Excellent service today at the store the team helped me with my compost

I was struggling to find what I needed so had to ask a member of staff who was really helpful. They led me straight to the location I needed and asked if there anything else I needed.

Usually pretty good but staff can be incredibly rude to customers. I walked out after a young man (staff) was very rude and wished there was a way I could complain.

Store phoned me and dealt with the issue leaving me impressed. Very satisfied with result

Thomas was really helpful re different kind of paints, clearly explained all of my options. Very pleasant and has great passion of customer service. Wish more store assistants like him. Ive been shopping in Godalming Homebase for over 8 years and didn't feel like writing a review before because i couldn't of write anything nice until now. Before, i could hardly find help in store, if you were lucky to hunt someone down they gave the impression of hating their job". Thanks for making a difference.

Everything was quick and easy. Staff friendly and polite.

I recently came into Homebase to buy some new flowers and what a beautiful valentines display you have. I was speaking to the lady, Kelly and she was ever so helpful with the care or the plants and how to keep them looking as fresh as possible. I always notice the flower displays and they only seem to get better and better. Well done Homebase and thank you Kelly for being so helpful.

Frazier and Brett were a great help to me this morning when I needed a LOT of help and advice to select the right products (it was complicated!) They both took the time and effort required and were polite and helpful the whole time. Their help and expertise was much appreciated

Easy to order online and great customer service

Great service from Lewis & Jeremy- slight collection issue but they got it sorted

I drove and hour and half to get the chairs I wanted I did a click and collect I did not think to check they had given me the right chairs! They gave me two different colours now Iv got to drive again an hour and half to get the chairs I wanted.
Staff was lovely and they helped us put stuff in the car just the order was not right.

Brilliant service, product picked up successfully after online order and easy payment options.

Everything ready for click and collect. In and out of shop within two minutes. Staff friendly and assistant remembered that he had spoken to me the day before by phone to tell me goods were ready. Store looked very Christmassy.
