Homebase - Hanworth Avis 

The person who made my paint was very very rude and seemed like a racist.
There was no- one on the Dulux color counter - I went to the main tills where this man was chatting - straightforward he asked me very very abruptly - what do I want - he was very rude all the way through the transaction and seemed only interested in chatting with Tanya and skiving work. He didn’t even show me the paint after it was made - something every other member of this store have done in the past… no wonder people want to avoid this Twickenham store.

Bought new petrol lawn mower that was recommended by Which for a reasonable price on Homebase website with a Click & Collect option & it was ready within the hour which I took advantage of - I also bought some compost, fertilisers & 2 trays of Pansys at same time saving another visit.

My order was ready within the hour as stated on the website. The cashier at the Click & Collect couñter was most helpful and helped me strap 3 bags of compost onto my trolley.

No confirmatory email was sent telling me that my order was ready

Roy from Homebase Hanworth designed a fantastic utility room for me and we picked the cupboards, countertops, handles and tap. It was delivered exactly the day I needed it. The utility room is now installed and looks amazing. It was a very good price and no complications. 5 months later the tap had a problem but it is under warranty and Roy is sending me another. He has been so helpful. The whole process has been easy and professional. I highly recommend Homebase to get your utility room completed just the way you want it.

I wouldn't even bother giving this store 1 star. Went in to this Homebase store for the first time after placing a click and collect order. When I got in I made my way to the click and collect counter and waited around 5 minutes for someone to turn up to the counter. When a man did arrive he called the person behind me and said to me "there's a queue behind you and you need to wait there" I told him I had been waiting here awhile to pick up my click and collect order and there was no one behind me, in fact the woman behind me was waiting in the middle between the checkouts queue the click and collect point. Homebase train your staff so they understand what a click and collect point is for as this man clearly had no respect for customers or understanding what click and collect means. Take your signs down as you don't really offer a "click and collect" service. Won't ever be shopping here again.
