Friendly Harlow Homebase
Dropped in to Harlow Homebase this week and had 3 great interactions with such helpful staff. Susan at the desk, a gentleman who came across to us to help when he could see we were looking for something and the lady outside who pointed us to another item. All so friendly and smiley. Seems a nice place.

Very helpful customer assistants…
Very helpful customer assistants working on the paint section. We have a new bathroom and wanted a paint to match the bath panel. One assistant scanned the panel to produce a match pot. When we returned, having checked the colour to be an exact match, another assistant explained about the different types of paint we could use and how the reflective qualities would be different.

Such a friendly bunch at Harlow, the ladies on customer service were a dream and the lady (Grace) that served us was also pleasant.

Looking to match paint for the kitchen appliances, Grace provided great service and was friendly and helpful.
The paint matching was spot on and the finished colour looks great.

Committed, resourceful staff
I ordered 6 bags of compost, click & collect. Leanne phoned to say the store were running out of this product and offered a package that gave me a better deal. She was committed, helpful and imaginative a joy to work with.
