I found a unit on display in store which was not in stock and could only be collected in store- the closest was 100 miles away! Beccy served me, was so kind and helpful and researched what she could, but unfortunately no luck with unit. The next day I was back in for more paint and I saw Beccy again, I asked on the off chance if I could buy the display unit, and she managed to convince her manager that I could and within 10 minutes Nath was helping me it in to my car!

I recently went into Homebase needed urgent help with my paint. I spoke to Amy at the paint mixing section and she colour matched my colour perfectly and recommended a colour that would match it too as I wanted to try a feature wall. 10/10 service, I will definitely be back

I visited the store in Haverfordwest this afternoon.
I had several questions about masonry paint, brands, colours available and paint mixing, all of which were answered by CARL.
He took the time to explain things to me and was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Incredibly helpful. The helpfulness of the member of staff (name was 'Phoenix') was beyond my expectations. Very pleasant too.
