Homebase - Herne Bay Avis 

Linda who served me was so kind and helpful. I ordered some guttering and connectors online for collection. The order was ready for collection super quick. One of the connectors for the guttering was missing its rubber seals and despite my concern that this was the last connector in stock Linda sourced the required seals needed. Very grateful to her so that I can complete my guttering today what with all this rain. Cheers!!!

Linda and Bill at our Herne Bay store always go above and beyond for us whenever we are in store. Even taking heavy items to the car and loading them on safely, entertaining our 3 year old and being generally amazing, it's nice to see customer service at a 5 star level.

Friendly and helpful service from the staff member on the till. She reminded it is 10% today, so I will return later today to make further purchases.

Linda was very welcoming at the till, I gave a hand full of coins and Linda was really patient and made sure she gave me the correct change back

I wasn't in a good mood when I got there, water leak at home, but after talking to Linda again I left feeling much better and got the job done using the bits I'd bought. Excellent service

Good value for money and then again with the extra 10% and to add to that is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff which makes it a much more preferable place to buy.

Really helpful when what I needed wasn’t on display. Someone went to fetch it from the back. Also helpful pointing out a special offer that I happened to be interested in. Only removed one star because I felt harassed by the window salesperson outside who didn’t want to take no for an answer.
