Thank you for getting the very big product into my car safely. Most of all thank you for being so kind with me son who has special needs. Their patience and kindness was very much appreciated. Ready for collection
The purchase was ready and waiting for me to collect as advised and is exactly what I wanted. The member of staff looked troubled, maybe she needs better support and would be more engaging with her customers.

Friendly helpful staff. Product looks exactly what we hoped for. Yet to construct sun loungers. 2 ordered message left as only 1 boxed the other was the display one, the latter was dismantled very quickly and ready for collection for our trip.

The product was not quite as expected from the online photo but I was able to return it immediately with no trouble

Friendly helpful staff.
We needed help with getting an item from the back of the store. The staff were very kind and helpful. The lady at the till was super smiley and friendly and took time to talk to our daughter. It was a little disappointing to find that the items on display were not all available to take away with us but we chose some alternatives that we are happy with.

The reason I gave 4 is due to the guy on the paint section who helped me regarding the job I needed to do, very helpful indeed.then I got to the till and the guy there was the opposite, no good morning no please and no thank you.very non customer service.ive had the misfortune before and he's been the same then.shame really as great store till you get to him.

I went to purchase an item which I had difficulty locating and the team went above and beyond assisting me in ensuring that I had the right item to take home.
