Not impressed
I ordered this item online, afew days I received an email to say it had arrived at my chosen store how ever when I went to collect it the staff couldn't find it, in all there were 3 members of staff looking, then one of the staff went into a small store room on shop floor and hey presto my item was found, it had been packed in a box that said lawnmower, not Linen Laundry Hamper.
The item is lovely and best of all it was in the sales, I decided to stain it to match the doors on the landing.

Very poor condition of plants
Very poor condition of plants purchased. Quite expensive and very poor value. Not impressed with customer service, must have been a bad day.
Went elsewhere and have now got much better products with a much more respectful service.
