Excellent communication. Driver knocked on my door on delivery rather than just leaving it. My only negative would have to be the cost of delivery and waiting for over a week to receive my parcel.

Better on line than in store
Easy on line ordering for click & collect, that all went smoothly. The store however felt really sad and neglected, no one on the till & not at all welcoming.
