My experience was great as I was served by Sam. She was terrific, understanding what I needed and giving me the best advice in a pleasant manner. Sam even told me about an offer that was not stated on the shelves so allowing me to take advantage of the discount offered, otherwise I would've been unaware. Visit to Homebase
On my visit to Homebase Oldbury today I found the store to be very clean, well layed out and well signed.
I came to buy plants for my garden,there was a good choice and reasonably priced ,I purchased some plants and was served at the till by a lady named Theresa,she was pleasant helpful and very polite.

Brilliant customer service by Theresa
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Theresa who was on Customer service desk was extremely helpful, polite and even reassured us about the colour we had chosen for our kitchen walls as she has chosen the same colour previously. She was wonderful, a credit to the company, went above and beyond
