Homebase - Omagh Avis 

Very quick collection lovely service from Jackie

I ordered online and picked it up when I got a text , all very smooth

I went into the Omagh store on Sunday 28th April, for the first time ever - I had a complaint with a paint product. Although the store was busy, I was served straight away by a lovely girl called Tammy, who was extremely friendly and professional. Straight away I was told that I could have either a refund or if I would like to change for another product, that was fine too - the choice was mine. She and another colleague Jim took time to advise on possible alternatives but didn’t rush me into a decision. I shop in this store often and always find the staff friendly & helpful and this occasion was no different - Thank you Tammy & Jim, your time and excellent service is much appreciated.

Tammy was very nice and helpful at the till.

I have not picked up my order. I arrived in store as it was convenient for me to pop in prior to receipt of text to advise order was ready for collection. Was not warmly met when I acknowledged I'd arrived prior to text. Left the store even though the 1 hour had passed since ordering online for me then to receive a message thanking me for picking it up!

To add. I am now currently stood at the collect and order point in store waiting on a member of staff to actually man the station to give me the goods I've paid for which are sitting behind the counter ( even though I've received a text to thank me for picking it up)

Such poor service all round.

Purchased online item arrived damaged. Communication channel through email.
Never got sorted my problem.
Give up to communicate with no solution or progressive outcome.
Have to go personally to the shop and hopefully sort the problem in direct contact.

I've been contacted by customer service after my review. I explained all my situation and frustration about simple purchase,and they kept asking "can you confirm that you received your item?", when I shouldn't receive it. I tried explain again,and they turned conversation into "as solved problem"!
What are the point having this type of staff and for what for?
Waste of time, stressful customer experience, not professional service.

My order item was already beside checkout and promptly dealt with by most helpful and polite staff member.

Friendly staff, great service

Great to have somewhere open on Sundays and later through the week for our DIY needs! Good selection of paints and tools. Staff are helpful too!

You have nice staff. Cheerful and helpful. PJ brought bags of soil to my car, I did not even have to ask.

Handy walk in walk out and lady at the till very helpful

I went after work to lift my product which was sitting ready for me. I was in and out in less than 5mins and the sales assistant I dealt with was very pleasant.

Very good experience and great help when requested for finding the items I needed.
