Homebase - Penge Avis 

I entered this branch today and found this guy walking towards me with a massive bully dog . The owner had a shirt on which read blame the owners not the breed . I myself blame the staff of this shop for allowing this person to walk round the shop with this dog. The owner certainly wasn't blind it the staff members obviously were ...
I'm sure the dog was very nice and had a muzzle on but I don't think dogs were allowed ? next week I will bring my two dobermans in with me ...
So the person with the American bully rang and asked . No probs I will bring my two dogs with me next week now I know all dogs are allowed in your store .... On leads of course.

My order’s were very promptly ready for collection with quick readiness and notification, once at store very efficient and polite staff, so all round great experience!

We collected a garden sofa set from Homebase Penge using the click and collect service. Huge thanks to Josh who went above and beyond bringing the large box out to our car, unpacking and trying to help us to fit the items in! We needed to call a large Uber to take part of the order home and he kindly looked after the sofa frame till the cab arrived. Really helpful customer service.

Excellent service. All products available and ready for collection. Staff extremely helpful. Whilst there I also picked up some fantastic sale bargains for the garden.

I’ve just visited the site in Penge! The store staff are so friendly and the store standards outstanding. Plenty of parking and easy access! The offer on plat pots is an absolute bargain, cheaper than on line!!

Excellent customer service, the staffs there helped me find what I was looking for and was able to also help me carry to my car.

I have visited the Penge paint mixing service several times over the last month and have been helped by Lara and Betty, who have both been very patient, professional and generally just very helpful.

Promptly seen to and staff were very approachable, helpful and friendly.

The team, particularly Amuda, were great helping me with my new bathroom as I did it purely online as I was away. They were also very quick and efficient to deal with my returns and refunds. I was very happy with my bathroom
Only issue is that I had some minor setbacks with the stock of some items, but again the team was very helpful in offering alternatives

Kumar helped us a lot and we give him a 10\10 he was splendid

I visited this branch with my son as he was setting up a new garden. Very impressed with the staff who were really helpful and kind despite it being a very hot day.

I also returned to the same branch the following day and received the same excellent service. Well done.

I also visited another branch on the same day and they were not nearly as pleasant or helpful so I know which branch I`ll be returning to!
