Homebase - Saffron Walden Avis 

We have been using Homebase ever since it opened many years ago and are so pleased that the proposed closure never happened. The choice of products is exceptional, on top of which the staff are friendly and helpful !

Tom at Saffron Walden was incredible. He helped me build an item ordered through click and collect which was needed urgently. The instructions were poor and the product assembly hard to understand with not all the correct fixings but Tom solved all issues quickly and with joy. He acted beyond what was expected and in his role. A true gem.

Jacqui at saffron Walden homebase was very helpful with her knowledge of plants and the right composts to be putting in our garden to get them to grow & bloom perfectly - now late spring has come around we have plenty of plants flowering beautifully. Without that knowledge I’m sure our gardening attempts would have failed miserably!

If you’re planning out your garden, or just need advice on caring for your existing layout, I cannot recommend enough the Homebase in Saffron Walden. The experience I had from Dawn and Zara was faultless. Not only was their horticultural knowledge incredible, but they were also both so generous with their time taking a genuine interest in the project.

The team at saffron walden are always so helpful. I ordered some paint and forgot to collect they called several times to remind me!
