Carol in Sleaford Homebase provided great advice and service whilst mixing paint for me today. This service was cheaper than local alternatives and only took 5 minutes. She was very patient and deserves a ' well done' from the store's management. Thank you.

Whenever I go to Homebase in Sleaford the staff are extremely helpful and polite, they answer any queries I have, and I find shopping here a pleasure. Yesterday Sandra was on the till, I have seen her on a few of my visits, she’s very pleasant and polite and always greets you with a smile. Well done Team … it’s a fab place to shop

Walked into homebase in sleaford and was greated by a lovely chap called Chris.he shouted gateman!!! Came across and helped us with our sale.amazing chap.fully recommend if you need assistance.

We recently purchased a new bathroom from Homebase. We have received an excellent service from the staff at Homebase Sleaford. In particular, Chris has been most helpful and provided unstinting assistance from the start to the finish of the project - including design, ordering and post fitting help. We could not have wished for better.
It is also worthy of note that the delivery from Homebase of all our items was on time even though we had to delay the delivery twice for installation reasons.

Ordered two shower curtains and rings for hanging showing curtain. Arrived quickly and well packaged.
Shower curtains are lovely quality and hang nicely, although they need ironing when you first open them as quite creased.

Item ordered on line and was ready for collection in one hour.

Visited this morning to look for a specific water based gloss paint. Marie on the desk was very helpful and happy to sort out my query for me. Staff in the store are always cheerful which is very refreshing.

We needed to replace discontinued faulty ceiling fan unit with a similar product. Not every member of staff we asked knew where it might be found but SUE B gave us very clear and correct directions and we found 3 possible examples which Garry (Jerry?) most kindly released for us for examination. None matched exactly so we chose one in hope and were waiting at the tills when Garry hurried over with his suggested/ guessed better choice which I had missed.It later proved to be exactly the right part. The sales slip even used the expected stock number as used on the previous model! All thanks to both members for exemplary customer support.

I was served by a lady, Marie (I think that was her name - maybe Emma) she was amazing.
I came to pick up my “click and collect” order.

I had ordered the wrong size items, she was very patient with me. She made sure that she did everything that made me feel comfortable and that I was happy with what I had now purchased. It’s not easy when you have a customer who is unsure of what they want.. it’s nice to know that you are listened too and still given top first class customer service.

Really pleased that I was served by her this morning.

Visited this afternoon, for furniture, found what we wanted and was greeted at the till with a big smile from Lisa at the Sleaford store Lincolnshire. Very helpful, very professional, and seemed to enjoy her work and interaction with the customers in front of us. Every store needs a Lisa!!! Well done!!!

The product picked was completely the wrong item. Luckily there was the correct item in store otherwise it would have been a wasted trip
Edit: Carol at Homebase Sleaford phoned the following day to apologise & offer a complete refund on the item. It doesn't happen often these days but definitely customer service as it should be. Just shows reviews are read & in this case, responsibility taken. I'm very pleasantly surprised.

Called into my local Homebase store today to pick up a couple of items & I have to say that the young lady who served me really made my day! Evie was helpful and friendly, she even complimented me on my plant choices. She’s a huge credit to the team - I will be back!
