Purchased 3 door keys but when we got home the machine had cut them wrong so didn’t fit but on calling the store the Manager (Carol) couldn’t be more helpful she instantly cut new keys which did fit... Voir plus
We needed to replace discontinued faulty ceiling fan unit with a similar product. Not every member of staff we asked knew where it might be found but SUE B gave us very clear and correct directions... Voir plus

Carol Mick and Lisa and others to many to mention are always at the ready to help. I go in a few times a week for various items and they always say hello and ask if I need help. They all need a pay rise for the hard work they do. Staff at Sleaford are a credit to Homebase.

Great service friendly staff
Purchased 3 door keys but when we got home the machine had cut them wrong so didn’t fit but on calling the store the Manager (Carol) couldn’t be more helpful she instantly cut new keys which did fit and could not be more apologetic.
We also ordered a garden box which was packaged up but when we assembled it we noticed a corner was missing it was bedded in the polystyrene. Not Homebase fault, but my Husband glued it as we thought it will do as Homebase store was about 18miles away and the next may be the same.

Sleaford homebase purchase of a toilet seat
I went to the Sleaford Lincolnshire homebase to purchase a toilet seat. Stephen and Sarah B went above and beyond to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. They was so friendly and helpful . Didn't rush me. A credit to the company.

Utility room refurbishment: Chris helped us immensely with suggestions and CAD design features to plan and resolve layout issues to our utility room. The refurbished room now reflects the image of the CAD diagrams.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered online and the colour wasn't anything like it was supposed to be. Had to return to store 1hr away there and back to be told I couldn't swap for a different colour. Had to drop paint and get refund withing 7 days. Also got a deal so lost out on the deal as I only returned three so paid full price for one. Instead of bogof.

Both items in stock had security tags opened. We asked till operator to check the contents. Which they made a play of doing, then got home and installation parts were missing.

I brought a bistro set from your sleaford store but unfortunately not all of the bolts were in the pack to build it with. I went back into the sleaford store and Sarah was most helpful and found me what I needed.

Had too 'replace' a failed product…
Had too 'replace' a failed product under warranty. CAROL the member of staff I delt with put herself out to find replacement as they no longer did that product, rather than just crediting me.
Result - I now have a new window vac
