The shop is always clean and tidy. The seasonal displays look nice, especially at Christmas. I like the outdoor space too. The location is perfect for me as its close to my allotment. Staff are always pottering about, handy when you need help as it's quite a large store to go looking for someone. When I got to the till Sue B greated me with a smile and stopped what she was doing to put my order through. I haven't used it for a while but really like the amazon drop off box - ideal when I'm at my allotment, saves a missed delivery and perfect excuse to have a look round.

Lisa and the other ladies at Homebase were so wonderful today. Needed a specific item which it said on the computer the store had but I could not find it. They scoured the store until the item was located and saved the day! Superb customer service! X

Helpful, knowledgeable and polite service whilst looking for garden furniture. Wasn’t available to order but was assured we would enable to purchase it at the sale prime still, once back in stock. Ordered online from sleaford in the end because I was watching for it coming back into stock. We often use this sleaford store.

Timber framing and studing at reduced prices prompted me to get on with a small project I had planned for a while.
5 lengths of 2.4m is not easy to handle for someone of advanced years.
One of the items wouldn’t scan and Carol told her colleague to type in the number. Carol finished completing the the order at another till. She could see I was struggling withe 5 lengths of 2.4 metre on the trolley and offered assistance. I declined the offer and loaded on my own. It was nice of Carol to offer assistance first to her colleague and then to me.

The staff were all v organised happy and conversations were great . Superb team .

The Homebase staff were absolutely superb, loading my 2 fairly heavy boxes onto a trolley, taking out to my car & then loading into my car through a torrential rain shower! Poor pair got absolutely soaked, but I must give them a big "thank you" for providing a service well beyond my expectations.

Great service from Carol at your Sleaford branch. Price on the goods bought were incorrect but Carol went out of her way to rectify the situation.

We popped in for some lights, Lisa was so kind to find 3 for us. She then ordered us a bbq for delivery and even found us a cover.
She was so kind and calm. The shop was busy but she made us feel like we were no problem.
This was in the Sleaford branch.

Served by Carol again who is always friendly and helpful.
Carol assisted me with my purchase of furniture.
She checked the offer prices and colours available. Left me feeling very happy.
Only went into the store to look at some climbing plants and then ended up spending over £300.
Very happy with my purchase!
Helped by Chris and Micheal to get the furniture from stock and assist me to loading onto the car.
The Items Cubed furniture were quite heavy. I would not have purchased without this assistance. They offered their help when I said I was on my own.
My overall experience left me feeling overwhelmed and very Thankful for their help!

Carol on tills was so helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and got Emma to help me who knew straight away what I was talking about. Her knowledge about colour was so helpful.

My husband has just loaded these after collecting he’s had to go to work but a couple of the packs a have visibly broken tiles

The staff were friendly and helpful, we managed to get all we wanted and it was a nice customer experience.

Order on line click and collect. Text received and purchases were loaded onto a trolley. The friendly staff even offered to take it to my car which was very much appreciated but I declined
