Homebase - Sudbury Avis 

Lee who went above and beyond in helping me.
Before he loaded my boot he noticed that i had a tyre that was a bit on the flat side and helped me to sort it out before putting turf into the boot.
He was kind and reassuring.

The guy that brought my click and collect order out to me just grunted and pushed the flat bed trolley towards me. One bag of compost had 2 holes in, 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom. I couldn’t complain as it was the last one in stock.

Asked about this product in store but also mentioned I’d seen on line with a discount. They recommended I order on line for click and collect so I could still get this discount. All very efficient! The assistant on the collection desk also told me what light bulb I needed and where to find in store. The light looks lovely on the shelf unit in my lounge.

Very easy to pick up unfortunately one screw thread to secure table was missing so I made a screw thread attachment should really take it back to heavy to dismantle to return and get another

We went to the Sudbury Suffolk store and was served by Gina 182271. She went above and beyond to help us with our Paint, her Customer Service was excellent. Thank you

Today Micheal assisted me with everything I needed for my garden project. When he learnt that I needed 6 big bags of wood chips he kindly offered to help me by taking the trolley full to the checkout and my car, which he then loaded. He was incredibly helpful and very friendly.

I bought 4 huge terracotta pots which were half the price of any others I had seen. Excellent customer service both at the till and from Brandon who loaded my car with care and couldn't have been more courteous and helpful.

This evening, at 7.45pm, I arrived at the store to get 20 paving slabs for work tomorrow. As I wheeled my heavy trolly to the cash desk a young man helped me to steer it and then came outside to help load up my car. He was so kind and helpful, a beacon of customer care, for which I am so grateful. The staff do care about the customers and do their best to help.

I was able to order what I wanted online, and it was there waiting for me in the store, with no problem. They had even made up a pot of paint to the right colour to fulfil my order.

Good service from team ladies, Alison and Gina. Shame some of the items we wanted not in stock, not able to order but on show on the store advertised with the offer price. Not even able to order to be delivered to home or store. A few people very moody but not the ladies fault.
