Pots must have been stored outside
Pots must have been stored outside, screws for the legs stuck & rusted together. Plastic bags for legs and screws water logged. Nearly took all 3 back. However overnight soak in WD40 did the trick.

Good service (click & collect)
Friendly, fast service. Quick to identify that a product wasn’t up to standard, so took appropriate action to inform me before I collected, giving me the option of checking it myself and paying half price if I still wanted it. All in all, a good experience.

I bought garden patio table and chairs set. Lovely young girl helped get it to my car and helped with placing it in the car, taking her time. It was all done very easily and quickly.

I was disappointed with the way my purchase was handled as there were various mistakes with once the Item had been delivered to me having to contact customer service to establish what had happened. Having made three journeys to the store.

Viewed a shoe locker for porch,
No stock available in store, but assistant directed us to a Homebase online site. Was ordered and delivered a few days later to our request. Easy to assemble, pleased with the purchase and delivery service.
