Homebase - Tiverton Avis 

I visited the store in Tiverton devon was really happy with the level of service I had from Steph, he helped me choose the correct compost I needed toke my through the pay point, gave advice on plants and even loaded up my car nothing was too much, will return again soon

Ordered an item for collection online. Said 10 in stock. Ordered 4, within half an hour have a call from the store saying they only have 2 in stock!!! How can their stock levels be so wrong? Not happy at all. Still awaiting refund!

Tiverton Homebase were extremely help finding the product we wanted and then manoeuvred it to the checkout on a trolley, put it through the till and then lifted it into our car. First rate service, thank you

After buying my paint a few days ago I needed to return some as I bought to much. The service was very fast and they are a very friendly bunch of staff

Easy to order two bags of compost and have them ready and waiting in a trolley right by the doors. (Click and collect).

I needed help with ideas for my next project and spoke to the helpful guy Lee who gave me ideas and tips on what I would need and the best products to use. Will definitely be back for the rest of my projects

Couldn’t resist in getting some of those £2 crackle lights they were selling on the tills. They’ll do nicely for next year!!!

Went into Homebase to find some paint materials didn’t know what I exactly wanted to get. A gentleman called Ollie helped me out with what I needed for the different job.

Had a brilliant experience a guy named Jon came up to me and asked if he could help with anything and I was confused by two paints. He explained the difference and even suggested another paint which was perfect.

Ollie from Tiverton was an absolute gem and I now have everything I need to DIY!!!!!

John in Tiverton store really went above and beyond to help us sort out a bbq! Helped explain how to put together as well as get it into the car.

I had a lovely visit at my local homebase. The staff were amazing and very helpful! I was looking for advice on paint and was kindly helped by Steph who was very patient with me and then served by Dani who was also very helpful and informed me on all the different brush types available. Overall I had an enjoyable visit and will be coming again

Well i bought a lovely kitchen and as I was going to be there a while I was advised to scan the QR code so that I wouldn’t be fined if we went over the 90 mins parking restriction.
I did that and entered my registration number.
Yet I still received a £100 parking fine…not impressed…
Update: To be fair the kitchen I bought is really lovely and the in-store service was great.
The help I had with cancelling the parking fine was good too, just such a shame that G24 have such a rubbish system and send out parking fines when you have been through the correct process to register your car. Please drop G24 from managing your parking arrangements...
