Always found the service to be great. Staff very helpful and will offer to help carry out even without asking .

Recently bought some furniture and Wayne was really helpful in advising me and sorting getting it carried to my car and helped load it .

Came into Truo Homebase this morning
To collect furniture I had ordered
Wayne manage to find me the tall boy draws which had been out of stock to
Complete my bedroom range, excellent
Service and even opened to check all
Matched 😆and Tracey was also very helpfully sorting it all out and even had us all laughing as Wayne is also know as Del Boy 🤣🤣

And our coffee was great 👍

I like the free collection service.
I was texted when the item arrived in store. Then rang as well.
Picked up the item with no problems.
But the next day I had an email telling me my item was at the store. Just a small issue that needs addressing.
Otherwise all good.

Having used the Truro store today, I cannot praise the staff enough. Wayne especially was very helpful & very informative about the products we were looking for, going out of his way to get us all the information we needed to make a decision! 5 stars for definite!

Ordering process was good. Unfortunately the item I ordered had not come in recent stock. I was messaged about this shortly after placing order and a substitute item was offered or my money back. I opted to collect the slightly more expensive substitute which was for same price. The item suited my requirements and I was happy with the product supplied. Click and collect staff were polite and helpful.

Went into Truro Homebase today and bought some garden furniture. We were served by Wayne, fantastic customer service, product knowledge and aftercare advice. He even helped us load the car. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was in the process of buying a new kitchen, and Tracy went above and beyond with her help and designs. I took the wrong measurements to our original meeting, and she came to our house in her own time to measure the kitchen herself.
I missed our next meeting, as I had an unexpected stay in hospital, but to cheer me up, Tracy showed me a sneak peek of what she had designed, and she had designed a kitchen so much nicer than I imagined I could ever have with the space.
When I finally got out of hospital, we had our final meeting where she explained everything about our new kitchen. She showed us our amazing new hot tap, meaning we no longer need a kettle.
She made what I was imaging to be a stressful process, so much fun and enjoyable.
I also had to take my elderly dog Poppy to the appointment, as she struggles being left alone. And Tracy made her feel just as welcome as myself, giving her treats and attention.
Top Class service. Will recommend to anyone I know getting a new kitchen.
I would like Tracy to redesign the rest of my house now.

Bought my kitchen and bathroom from Homebase Truro and cannot thank George, Tracy and Andre enough for their fantastic service. We had a few problems with AO and the delivery company (none of which were the fault of the current staff at Truro) and they sorted everything out efficiently and promptly taking all the potential stress away from us. We are really happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and would definitely recommend the Homebase Truro team.

Husband picked up paint that I had pre ordered. Painters merrily painted my lounge & dining room. I got home late last night only to find they had put Vinyl Silk on. Discovered I had ordered vinyl Matt but HBase gave Silk!
