Great fundraising for Macmillan
Was served by Carol today at Homebase Upton, Wirral. She's doing a great job as a friendly checkout person and raising money with a smile for Macmillan cancer charity. Made a donation whilst paying for my shopping today. She really rocks the green wig. Well done Carol

I recently visited the Upton, Wirral, store seeking to purchase a kitchen equipment item and sought the help of an assistant - the young person involved was ‘Paul H’, who was extremely helpful, a really pleasant and respectful young man. I have teenage grandsons myself and l know they would treat potential customers in a similar manner. Thank you, Paul.

Good experience.
The store is set out really well, easy to find what you're looking for. The staff are very helpful and smiley. Carol at the till was great, looked happy in her job and wore her mad green wig for Macmillan so thumbs up for her.

Having bought 6 bags of gro-sure…
Having bought 6 bags of gro-sure seeding soil and placing them on a trolley. I found that the trolley would not move in the direction I wanted to go. Paul (a staff member) offered to assist, not only to the tills but into the car park to my car, he then proceeded to load the 6 bags into my car.

The cashier was fabulous, I had an exchange to do and pick up a few things, she was bright and friendly and made me feel very welcomed, she thanked me for my custom and made the whole visit great, give the lady with the Macmillian green hair a raise

Great Customer Service from Lorraine
I am always impressed with the customer service I receive from Lorraine @ the Upton Wirral Branch. Lorraine is very friendly and helpful, and professional too. I recently needed to return a cabinet for a replacement cabinet. Lorraine went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Homebase in Upton and the quality customer service Lorraine gives each time. Thanks Lorraine for a great buying experience !
