During more than 9 years of the ownership of an apartment, I didn't have any reason to contact HomeGround Management Ltd who have been dealing with the Ground Rent and Building Insurance for quite many building blocks where my apartment locates in, until recently when I started preparing for the sale of this apartment.
Knowing HomeGround are dealing with many properties, I wasn't hopeful that they would reply to my enquiries quickly but Leona M had emailed me on the same day, after talking to me on the phone, about my potential Lease extension nearly two months ago.
I had then decided not to extend the Lease but to sell this property asap but the estate agent had asked me to send them a copy of the Lease for this property.
Again I wasn't hopeful about the time when I could receive the Lease but Leona M had sent a copy of the Lease to me within 3 working days which was very impressive!
After a potential buyer had viewed this apartment, another question about the Building Insurance was raised. I sent out that email on Friday last night.
I felt so bad that I had to keep bothering Leona M but her colleague Caitlin M replied to my email at 8.13am this morning saying that she had forwarded my email to another department who will reply to me between 3 to 5 working days giving me that department's email address at the same time in case I might want to email them direct myself.
Elise D from the insurance department has replied to me in just 4 hours today giving me very detailed professional information and explanation about the insurance premium status during the last few years.
I was extremely impressed with Elise's super efficiency and professionalism in answering my enquiry on the same day when she had received it!
I am sure the potential buyer will be very impressed with the helpful detailed information in that email too!
It is so wonderful and such a huge relief to know that Leaseholders like me are being looked after by such a responsible team who are dealing with customers' enquiries so efficiently and so professionally!
It's such a shame that I didn't know how brilliant the staff at HomeGround Management Ltd are until I am selling my property but I am sure many other Leaseholders will realise how lucky they are being looked after by these lovely staff at this wonderful company!
I am more than happy to leave them a well deserved 5 Star Review here so that people from all over the world could see how impressed I am with their excellent services!

I recently called to query a missing invoice and resolve an issue, where I was assisted by Jack, who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to review my account thoroughly, making sure all my contact details and correspondence preferences were up to date. Jack also helped set up automated payments for the future, which will save me time and ensure smooth running of my account. Deed of Certification. This threw up some complexities. Samantha and the team helped guide us through the process - by initially proactively identifying some inconsistencies that needed addressing. And then providing reassurance that everything had been completed successfully.

The customer representative who dealt with my queries was very knowledgeable and helpful. Where there were details required from another department, she promptly called them whilst I was put on a brief hold, and came back with answers.
For extra back up, she gave me the email address for that department to get written confirmation.

We purchased the freehold for our property, Homeground managed the lease, I had a few queries at the end of the transfer and Sara was really efficient and friendly is answering my queries, the response time was really quick.

Excellent customer service - I would honed and spoke to Alex about an issue I had with a property transfer and he has gone out of his way to help and be supportive.
He had a lovely manner and patience to understand the issue at hand. Just surprisingly pleasant to encounter a company that is willing to speak to you.
