I logged into the portal for the first time and noticed that the name on my online account was incorrect (a hangover from a previous account). I contacted Homeground via the 'report a problem' link and within 20 mins received an acknowledgement email from Jack Adams to inform me that he was owning the problem and would speak to the relevant internal colleague. The following morning I received a second email from Jack telling me that he believed the issue was fixed and asking me to test. It was indeed fixed.
I always judge organisations on their ability to sort out a problem when things go wrong, and by this measure, Homeground certainly did a great job on this occasion. Thanks Jack!

Contacted HomeGround regarding an issue with payments and their customer representative Jack Adams was the most helpful and informative person I think I’ve ever spoken to regarding an issue. He instantly investigated my issue and helped resolve it swiftly, politely and with a gesture of good will. I couldn’t be more thankful or impressed.

I spoke with Jack Adams regarding my account on two occasions this week and he was so helpful and reassuring in his response to my enquiries. He is an absolute asset to the company and I feel he is professional, sincere and extremely good in his position of customer service advisor. Customer service is the most important part of a company and he is a shining example of how an advisor should approach his daily duties. Please pass this on to your managers

Homeground provided a landlord certificate. However, some key information was missing from this initial certificate. Within a few working days Jade worked to address this and re-issued the certificate which covered all of the parts needed. Thank you for the swift resolution!
